Terms of Payment

1. Services Covered

• These terms apply to all services provided by Cloudain LLC, including but not limited to:
• Product development
• Technology consulting
• Marketing and digital services
• Specific deliverables and scope are defined in the agreed proposal, statement of work, invoice, or written communication.

2. Payment Structure

• Certain services require an advance or partial payment before work begins.
• Remaining balances, if any, are due according to the agreed phase or invoice.
• Work will not commence until the required payment is received.

3. Refund Policy

• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• If work has not yet started, any refund requests are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of Cloudain LLC.

4. Taxes

• Applicable taxes, including California sales tax where required by law, will be calculated and added at checkout.
• Clients are responsible for all applicable taxes related to the services.

5. Late or Missed Payments

• Late payments may result in a pause or suspension of services until payment is received.
• Continued non-payment may result in termination of the engagement.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

• Clients agree to contact Cloudain LLC directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Cloudain LLC's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in dispute.
• Cloudain LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Payment.
